1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to hh89. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between hh89 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "hh89") and you, the individual accessing or using the hh89 platform ("you", "your", "Player", "User"). By registering an account, accessing the website at hh89.club, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hh89 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments published by hh89.

2 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the hh89 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at hh89.club.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon completing the hh89 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your hh89 Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds, subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet awards, cashback amounts, or any other non-cash credit applied to your Account by hh89 as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual cash deposits made by you into your hh89 Account via a supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn from your Account.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the hh89 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or hh89's internal compliance policies.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process conducted by hh89 in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the hh89 Platform for players based in Pakistan.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an hh89 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. hh89 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity whatsoever.
2. You must be the legal holder of the payment method used to deposit funds into your Account, and all funds deposited must originate from a lawful source.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of hh89 or its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game suppliers.
5. You must not be self-excluded from hh89 or subject to any active cooling-off period you have voluntarily requested.
6. You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information for the duration of your Account.

hh89 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time through its KYC process, which may include requesting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by hh89 may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the hh89 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. hh89 uses advanced device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and identity matching technology to detect duplicate Accounts.

Upon detection of duplicate Accounts, hh89 reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or close all Accounts associated with the individual;
• Forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds across all affected Accounts;
• Withhold withdrawals pending a full investigation;
• Permanently ban the individual from registering future Accounts on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify hh89 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. hh89 will not be liable for any losses sustained as a result of your failure to safeguard your credentials.

hh89 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close an Account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, breach of these Terms, or any conduct that hh89 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

hh89 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. hh89 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposit transactions are typically processed instantly for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within one to three banking hours for bank transfer methods. hh89 does not impose a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which hh89 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests under PKR 50,000 to JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 3–10 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• hh89 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where it has concerns about the legitimacy of the funds or the identity of the Account holder.

hh89 does not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to third parties. All funds deposited into an hh89 Account must originate from accounts held in the Account holder's own name. Non-compliance with this requirement may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

hh89 offers a range of promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. hh89 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be used to place wagers on the hh89 Platform and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash prior to satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• hh89 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in Account closure.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate of 10–20%. Please refer to the specific promotion terms for full contribution details.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and gaming activity conducted through the hh89 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or crash games. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply across all hh89 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hh89 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under any circumstances except where an obvious pricing error has occurred (see below).
• hh89 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where an obvious pricing or technical error has resulted in an incorrect price or odds being offered. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the result recorded in hh89's system at the time of settlement shall be deemed authoritative, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.
• hh89 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all RNG-based games. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios operating under their own certification and audit programmes.
• hh89 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it determines this is necessary for risk management or responsible gaming purposes.
• Bets placed using Real Money Funds take precedence over Bonus Funds in the order of wagering. Please refer to the Platform's cashier section for the current order of funds usage applicable to your Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hh89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, potential forfeiture of Real Money Funds pending investigation, and may result in reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your hh89 Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the hh89 Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting or gaming software to interact with the Platform without hh89's express written consent.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts, using multiple payment methods, or coordinating with other players for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing promotional restrictions.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known error will be voided.
• Match Fixing or Insider Betting: Placing bets using knowledge obtained through insider information or in connection with any attempt to fix or manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hh89 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, video, and interface layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of hh89 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Platform's content without hh89's prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use hh89's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of hh89's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh89 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or Platform downtime;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials;
• Losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by you on the Platform;
• Any interruption or suspension of Platform services for maintenance, security, or compliance purposes.

hh89's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date of the claim, subject always to mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot be excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hh89 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

11 Responsible Gaming

hh89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the Account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from the hh89 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen exclusion period and cannot be lifted early.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic notifications displaying your net gaming position, session duration, and cumulative wagering activity.

hh89 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. 12 Privacy and Data Protection

hh89's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the hh89 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, hh89 collects and processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification (KYC), and age verification;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and transaction records;
• Fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and security monitoring;
• Provision of customer support and resolution of disputes;
• Delivery of promotional communications where you have consented to receive them;
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

13 Account Termination and Closure

Termination by You: You may close your hh89 Account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat or email to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, hh89 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of Real Money Funds to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Termination by hh89: hh89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable rules published on the Platform;
• hh89 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process;
• You are found to have engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• hh89 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order;
• hh89 ceases to operate the Platform or withdraws its services from your jurisdiction.

Where hh89 terminates an Account due to a breach of these Terms, Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred on your part, any withheld Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to hh89's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: In the first instance, you should contact hh89's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected], setting out the nature of your complaint in reasonable detail. hh89 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with hh89's initial response, you may escalate your complaint to hh89's compliance team by marking your communication clearly as a formal complaint. A final decision will be issued within fifteen (15) business days of escalation.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, you may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. hh89 will provide details of the applicable ADR scheme upon request.

You agree that any legal proceedings brought against hh89 will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

15 Amendments to These Terms

hh89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hh89 will provide notice by posting a notice on the Platform's homepage and/or sending an email notification to the address registered with your Account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the hh89 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
